SERVICES:
- Consulting you regarding the process and expectations of Vacation Home ownership
- Photograph your home for our website, and flyers
- Marketing your home through our website and flyer design and distribution
- Coordination and execution of transactions with Guests, including:
- marketing your home's special features
- initial and on-going contact with prospects
- payment and deposit processing
- greeting and accomodating our Guests
- cleaning and trash removal
- re-stocking services: condiments, cleaning and paper products
* Home Decorating Services: consulting and shopping - available by request *
FEES:
$300 - Annual Marketing Fee
$250 - Management Reserve Account Funds- (one time, refundable deposit)
30% - Rental monies received (after credit card fee of 3%)
